Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative at North Port Pest Control, your primary focus will be:
- Lead Generation: Use door-to-door sales strategies to connect with potential customers and introduce them to our pest extermination solutions.
- Customer Relations: Understand client needs and offer tailored pest control services that solve their specific problems.
- Sales Performance: Exceed sales goals and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Long-Term Growth: Build a strong customer base and earn residual commissions from ongoing service contracts.
Who We’re Looking For
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Have prior sales experience (pest control sales is a plus but not required).
- Excel at building strong customer relationships and providing top-notch service.
- Are self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to North Port, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
